Mechanical Power Pulleys

 

Onvio offers a range of mechanical power pulleys which are adaptable for a wide range of applications. It features a universal actuator interface which provides a unique intermediate flange for simple matching to almost any linear actuator end cap design. It bolts directly into the linear actuator housing eliminating the need for additional bearing supports, couplings, speed reducers, and mounting structures. The universal servo interface also has a flexible slotted bolt circle and an over-sized pilot hole for easy motor installation without the need of adapters.

The pulley is centered between two high capacity bearings which allows for almost twice the belt tension as a standard gearbox and resulting in both less deflection and superior accuracy. The unit has extremely high torsional stiffness as the pulley itself becomes the output shaft creating a rigid connection to the belt drive providing excellent dynamic performance, greater reliability and faster acceleration/deceleration times which is ideal for high-cycling and start-stop applications. In addition, with fewer components, machine uptime and throughput is substantially increased.

• Output torque available from 40 Nm to 180 Nm
• Available with any pitch pulley
• Modular interface allows for use with any pulley end cap assembly
• Integrated crown gear allows for up to 8:1 reduction inside of the pulley
• Designed to fit most linear actuator reversing units
• Backlash of 3 arc minutes
