NB Linear offers the BG Type high accuracy
single-axis actuator. It is a compact single axis
actuator that integrates a slide guide and precision
ball screw. It offers compact dimensions and will outperform
conventional positioning tables thanks to a unique "U" shaped guide rail and
a slide block which, together, are bale to provide the multiple functions of a guide block and a ball
screw nut combined into a single unit. The "U" shaped
guide rail design also offers a high rigid structure
resistant to bending. This structural feature allows for
integrated framework of machinery or equipment and may
be one-end supported. Additionally, the slide block
contains four ball circuits which deliver high load
capacity, high accuracy and high rigidity.
