Features and Benefits

The H-Series in-line helical reducer incorporates many of the features of the SmartBox™ technology including a flexible motor coupling, SmartParts™ modularized construction system, and the PowerCase™ one-piece cast iron housing.  Other design features that reflect Motovario’s commitment to innovation include:
 

• All in-line reducers are designed to withstand high overloads, high torque output, high radial and high axial loads.

• Gears and hollow output bores are carburized to a Rockwell hardness of 58-60C for maximum performance and durability.

• Gear geometry offers increased efficiency and durability with less noise and reduced operating temperatures.

• All redcuers are well-suited for continuous and intermittent use in harsh or stressful environments.

• Single stage reducers offer efficiencies up to 98%. Double and triple stage reducers offer efficiencies up to 95%.

• A wide range of NEMA and IEC input and output configurations are available.

• Local assembly and Canadian inventory available from RotoPrecision for rapid turnaround and customization.

• Fully interchangeable with major competitors.

• Load capacities are calculated according to ISO 6336 standards and verified according to AGMA 2001-B88.
