Two-Piece Clamp Style Shaft Collars

Two-piece clamp style shaft collars offer the same benefits of the one-piece clamp shaft collars with additional versatility and convenience. They are easily disassembled, reducing labor and downtime when adjustment, removal, or replacement is necessary. Ruland keeps both halves of the two-piece collar together throughout the manufacturing process to assure a perfect match for proper fit, holding power and alignment. One and two-piece threaded shaft collars share the same quality and benefits of their smooth bore counterparts, as well as providing additional features.

Technical Information

International Series shaft collars are offered in one and two-piece styles and feature the MCL metric dimension with the exception of an inch bore.  This is especially useful when either retrofitting or designing equipment with inch shafts for worldwide use. Bore sizes offered range from ¼” to 3”.  Available in a range of materials and finishes.
