RotoPrecision Inc. Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Mississauga, Ontario: RotoPrecision Inc. is pleased to announce
that the company has recently registered its Quality
System to the ISO 9001:2000 designation for all Canadian
based operations including the Corporate, Distribution
and OEM Service Divisions.
At RotoPrecision, the Quality System represents the
formalized manner in which the company documents,
evaluates, and accelerates the achievement of its stated
corporate mission to deliver “the perfect customer
experience in the markets it serves.”
Together with its information systems, the Quality
System forms the infrastructure that integrates the
functional areas of the business into one cohesive
whole, allowing for the development of a seamless
delivery of customer service from order acceptance
through to order fulfillment.
The attainment of this new ISO standard brings the
company one step closer towards achieving its mission.
